I have a user manual if that helps at all !
Where abouts are you based ?
Have you got voltage across the tube ?
Do you have filament glow/current ?

Steve or mixedgas will be most certainly able to help you out.. However you can also try to contact Spectra Physics: http://www.spectra-physics.com/company/contact
In this case you might be lucky and get a PDF like I did with coherent which is just faster to navigate through.
You might have to sign a contract to not post it online as these manuals are confidential just like Coherents manuals.

Incase a part is broken and you need spares I have a friend in germany who still has a lot of argon/krypton chroma 5 tubes and spare parts and he is specialised on the chroma 5.
If you don't get an answer back from the others let me know and I will get in touch with him.

Spectra ceased all Ion laser support as of January 15th of this year (2015). If you can reach one of their support staff, you might get some service data now that support has ended for the ceramic tubes. I have some sparse data on a how the C5's PSU operates, and a troubleshooting block diagram, but no schematics. A good technician or electrical engineer could get an idea of what is going on from what I have, but it cannot be made public and dumped on the net.
