suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

LOL I got my fair share of collar shirts but they have buttons all the way down. Last thing I want to wear outside of work is another shirt that makes me look like I am at work. Also I agree with Swami. Who wants to grow up?

Y'all will wear the damned polo shirts and like it!

Seriously though, the main reason we do polo shirts is that they are just about the same price as the T-shirts and they hold up very well to repeated washings. If we did T-shirts they'd be rags in a year. (Especially with a full-color iron-on logo.) And yeah, you need to do an iron-on, because embroidery doesn't work on T-shirt material. (As they shrink in the wash, the embroidery thread puckers.)

I still have my original SELEM 1 shirt from 2007. And while it's been washed a *BUNCH* of times, it's still wearable. Maybe I'll bring it just to show the difference that a knit shirt makes. (This was back in the days when DZ's mother did all the sewing for us!)

Start wearing SELEM shirts to work! Problem solved, and you might even get some of your co-workers interested in coming to SELEM next year! Win-win in my book...
