Default building my case, text on the case

I want to add text on my projector case such as "POWER" "INTERLOCK", "ILDA IN", "ILDA OUT".
What is usually used and what can I use?

My idea right now is cutting stencils and spray painting.

You can go to a local dry transfer adhesive vinyl sign producer to have
small quantities of small labels made. That's what we use to label our
    LaserBee LPMs.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Interesting, I didn't know they looked so durable.

Thank you all for the ideas.
