Default Pangolin overlay "Skin" for Akai APC40

    Hi.

I have a spare Akai APC40 (the first model), but we need a Pangolin BEYOND overlay "skin" for it.
Anyone have one "Skin" laying they like to sell. I already asked pangolin in US and Collimated in the NL. But no luck, not instock anymore.

We already have APC40 and the APC40MKII in our rental, so don't need a extra controller, only the skin. :-)

    Greetings

I've got one on the shelf I never used because I did my own Midi map.
Drop me a PM and we can work out a price and shipping.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

Not to hijack the thread, but I'm actually also looking for the original APC40 overlay. If anyone has one and is willing to part with it, I'll happily take it off of your hands. :-)

Pangolin have them in their shop. No good if you're looking for a cheap deal of course, but in view of the posts further above, it seems they're back in stock.

That's lovely if you have a MKII, but I was looking for the original APC-40 skin.

Pangolin only have the the MK2 not the First version. I was lucky to get one from a member in the UK. Thanks again "norty303" for the help :-)

From what I understand Pangolin only have the the MK2 not the First version. So, you can get those from Pangolin. Hope this helps!

The company that manufactures the skins can do them on a single basis (someone posted the link to the company when Pangolin first released the skins). They do them for lots of controllers, designed so that DJs, etc can get their custom mapping made up.
If Pangolin have no intention to get any more Mk1 skins made, perhaps they'd be happy to supply you with template so you can just go and get your own one made.

Here, I dug up the link to the site that you can create your own. You just need the design...
