Most Galvo amps use a split supply of +24/Ground/-24. A very few, very inexpensive, 20K PPS hobbyist grade Galvos use +/- 15V.

It does not matter if it comes from a pair of supplies or a single supply with dual outputs. In the end you will need around 100 watts of power supply. You can measure the voltages going to your existing amplifier pair with a voltmeter.

Often I place electrolytic capacitors across the PSU rails to help with the peak current.

I swaped my old PSU with two Mean Well RS-150-24 but the problem wasn't solved.

Can we see some pictures? What scan angle does this occur at?

Now it comes down to crosstalk between x and Y axis, really bad setting of the linearity potentiometers, or just really bad design of cloned galvos...

Can you locate test points on the board marked TP1 and TP2?

Currently I don't have access to my laser projector. I will let you know when I have more information. I partly solved the problem by tightening the "galvo mirror screws". As Aricha said, the laser beam didn't came straight into the galvo scanner, too by more precisely it came straight but galvo wasn't set straight. Now it looks almost as I expect but I have to measure it..
