Search brings up little in the way of specifics regarding the development/production of the unit.

Welcome back Wolfmax. I don't know anything about the Mach Mini nor spoken to you before but good to see you back. I'm not new with pointers, diodes and their electronics but I am with projectors and gas lasers. There have been a lot of diodes that have become available during the last few years.
