    Do you use an open API DAC? If so which one? If I forgot any please let me know.

    A bit of a semantic point, but most of those dacs are not actually open source, they just provide an open API to use them.

    It is nice to see more open development in the laser community in any case! Some real neat stuff you have posted

    Also, by EZAudDAC, I assume you mean a modified sound card DAC.

    EZAudDAC is actually a driver that makes a sound card DAC look like an EZlase.

    If you use LaserBoy or some of the other sound card DAC software or if you are playing wave files made from ADAT tape transcriptions you can use a sound card DAC without that driver.

    So for that reason there is no option for me to answer your poll accurately.

    And since the schematic for the correction amp is posted on line in many places it truly is an open source DAC.

    Ok, good points folks, thanks. Yes, I meant modified sound card DAC where the poll says EZAudDAC.
