    Well, I'll experiment some more today. Try to find what I'm doing wrong.

    Dunno about 30W, don't have the budget yet to populate the rest of the housings and get a bigger scanner, but a 7W 465nm blue spot is not burning my eyes, yet, but definitely don't enjoy not wearing goggles at this point. But the speed it burns anything on the way is crazy compared to 1W 445nm I worked with before, so I can't say what will change at 30W.

    If focused 8W melts solder. Unfocused just burns paper/wood at 15ft.

    This is with uncorrected beams, the cylindrical lenses are still sitting in a box.
