Default "Green Certification" on a Laser?

Can anyone recommend a company, or test lab in the USA that can do a "Green Certification" on a Laser? Like "Energy Star" (but there not qualifiable b/c I was told it's only for solid state lights/lamps/video projectors with LED) ... or "Green-Leaf Certification" or anything similar? Preferably someone who is DOE.gov or EPA.gov approved.

Wouldn't there have to be a government standard for "efficient lasers" first, before a lab could certify that a product complied with the standard? I've never heard of any standards for "green certification" that apply to lasers...
