Default need high speed mini CCD camera (such as for fpv)

I need an inexpensive mini camera that can capture at 60 fps equivalent, or even better, 120.

Resolution can be as low as 320x240 and video can be in grayscale.

Something in the price range of Eachine 1000TVL but faster (in cost of resolution) would be perfect.

Is there anything suitable in the market?

Some people are playing with drones in the forum so I imagine they might know, or maybe there are suitable camera in other fields some here are associated with.

Have a look at BangGood...TomTop... AliExpress.
They have a large selection of small FPV cameras...

    What is your application ??

Heres the issue, these analog driver cameras are not rated in fps but just "pal or ntsc" which makes searching for the camera with the fps you need on Google or shopping site such as Banggood very hard.

Their advantage is they use old technology and components which is for obvious reasons very cheap and since they are used for security cameras and drones they are mass produced so very cheap to source compared to a product from a small to medium sized company selling professional CCD or CMOS cameras. I'm talking x10 or more times cheaper.

There are bigger cameras with big PCBs that can do what typical consumer cameras can do and do high speed video capture at lower resolutions than what they are rated for and/or in grayscale or monochrome capture mode. But my requirement is very small form factor (not bigger in two axis than the sensor and lens itself). Most FPV camera sizes are perfect.

Use case is experimentations with eye tracking. I'm aware of all the existing products but none suit my needs.

I know you said it as a guess, but still sounds like a wild guess.

Apparently there are Very affordable options using CMOS sensors instead of CCD.

$35 for a camera that can go 120 fps @480p seems very reasonable.
If anyone wants to try one for other applications it should be easy since the connection is via USB.

My main fear and decision to go with CCD instead of CMOS was possible blur caused by rapid movements of human eye, but apparently other commercial tracking solution at 60-240 fps speeds use CMOS too...
