I had borrowed a QM2000 and installed LD2000 software.
When i now start ILD SoS or any application that "looks" for a DAC the LD2000 screen comes up saying:

25370

System Change detected.
If i then say save and quit, or don't save and quit the window moves and ILD SoS starts up.

How can i tell my system to stop doing that ?
I haven't got the QM anymore here at home, and don't want the popup anymore.

Delete/rename LD2000.dll located somewhere in your windows directory

SRS is right, LD leaves residuals after uninstall. The same thing happened on my laptop after we loaded LD for a backup system at a gig. When I got home, it was one heck of a lot of work to remove.

I filed a complaint with you know who in Orlando.

I also found a LD2000.dll in the drivers dir under ILD SoS, after renaming that the issue was solved. Thanks guys.

I was about to say you can go into your registy and delete all the LD2000 references.

Yep, they are right. LD2000.dll can be located in windows/system(32) where ILD SOS will find it even with no registry keys because it's in the default windows search path. Also, in the ILD SOS\drivers folder. When you remove/rename it from these places, it is no longer detected and the software will not try to search for a QM board.

Thanks...

Am now preparing laptop (needed reinstall), so there i got no problems anymore.
Just a reinstall of lasercam and ILD SoS and i can test my laptop with my RGB again.
