Case ideas needed

Hello
Looking to get a case for my home built projector. I thought about building one from aluminum sheets but I don't have the tools. Then i though about using a plastic Storm case I have already, but do you think I could get a varience if I used it? I already checked out goldenstarlaser for cases, looks likes its going to cost alot to ship. If anyone has ideas I would love to hear them.
