portable laser engraver

1 year ago I bought a small portable laser engraver "it was my birthday gift from my wife" It was bought from an Ebay vender. it came with no software at all or any kind of instructions, I have down loaded all kinds of different software to operate it, no success. this includes searched out drivers. Ebay will not give any help because it was bought 3 month before my birthday there fore ebays warranty guarantee for buyers was satisfied.
dose anybody know of a generic software for an open source laser engraver
that I an down load to get this gravity amp dust collector working?

Here are some pics of the laser engraver I’m having software issues with.
No module number, or mfg, no instructions , no included software. This is how I got it brand new on the box from eBay.
dose these pics help in figuring out what software and or drivers needed to operate this thing?

who was the ebay seller.? where from? how much$$?
can ebay make them help you OR.. you will send it back for a full refund. Seems that they left out one important thing ---
there are a bunch listed now but none look just like yours
..

does the item description have anything about that? like
what the engraver 'comes-with'
did you pay by Paypal?

i have had over a year trying to get the thing to work and have exhausted Ebay, Amazon, computer repair shops and now Photonlexicon.
now to salvage the laser into a lab laser and scrap the rest. If I only known it was from China I would not have bought it "Made in China by SUM WON"
