Thanks to Norty I found the link, you Sir really are a gent for freely giving this as a base to start on, clearly a lot of time and effort has gone into composing this!
I also checked out the laser safety course too, something I would like to go on however the next one is in 10 days and as I live on Guernsey getting off the rock isn't as easy and unfortunatly cost the same as the course just to get over... But I do intend on going in the (hopefully) not too distant future!
Once again though out bloody standing!
