LOL, aint that the truth! 3 years ago I worked with a seasoned machinist that as I watched in horror he put his hand in the mill to brush off a bit of swarf, the cutter took one finger off to the knuckle in an instant.... That's the problem wit high speed rotating cutters, you don't see them!

I was all WTF, OMG, you got to be kidding..... You fucking idiot..... NURSE!!!! O_o

im not as good as you yet simon ;)

im still having fly cutting issues, it just isnt coming out as good as id like. it looks clean and tidy but its very rough to touch.

no collet + mill sat on a work mate/bench as a temporary thing = poor finish
