Just so that everyone knows i will post it here as well as in the original thread:
Prices for the weekend are as as follows:
£30.00 for the whole 2.5 days stint (Friday dinner, Saturday & Sunday)
£25.00 for 2 days (Saturday & Sunday)
£15.00 for one or half day only (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) although the half day will probably be longer than half day realistically ;)

Can I reiterate what I 'tried' to 'enforce' ;) at the last LEM @ Surfleet - For H&S reasons, can I please ask that NOBODY places any type of cabling over the main center floor area - Please, Please, Please route ALL cables around the outsides of the hall and where cables are to be across walkways i.e doorways, then PLEASE fully tape them down.
I do not want any injuries and from all previous LEM's it's just an accident waiting to happen.

I am trying to stay away from ANY cables across the main floor, as mentioned, so rather than long taped runs can we please extend and run around the sides please.
If your cables arn't long enough then please extend now or ask someone to lend you extra.

I will be bringing my 1.2W RGB maybe my green, my laptop with lasercam (no webcam however) and some various parts to tinker with.
Also i will bring along Francesco from Pangolin, thought he would bring his 2W RGB as well and maybe green. We will arrive thursday so I/we can help you build up Jim on friday morning. Name a time and i/we will be there.
Tonight I will be finishing my projector at McCarrots place, tomorrow pack and leave to stayover at the european pangolin center :-)
Ofcourse I will bring some dutch liquor for the raffle. Does anyone know if soforene is also attending ? So I can bring him the 'old ladies drink' again :-)

Just a thought. Is it worth thinking about going to one of the local pubs say some time Saturday for a meal and a beverage. A bit like when we use to go to the Fire Bug in Leicester. Would give us a brake from the Fog in the venue and to get at least one good meal over the weekend.

I have LOADS of flyers from local Take Away eat houses, I spent an hour the other night walking around all of them in town collecting the flyers ;), so that people can order whatever they want BUT there is the Riverside Hotel, which now has a very good reputation when it comes to food!!!, just down the road BUT you WILL have to book of you want a Sunday meal as it is VERY busy! It might be worth while booking for Saturday too?
Personally I don't think I will be bothering to eat out. We don't get this chance to do this very often and I would sooner stay at the hall - but thats personal preference ;)
There is a microwave and a fully working cooker at the hall plus 2 fridges - well there was 2 fridges last time anyway!

Francesco and i just boarded the boat and will leave in 10 minutes or so.

Well, i've just packed the car... I can't believe how much stuff i've got with me, but hey ho ;)
Someone just 'has' to buy my single line argon this weekend as I don't really want to cart it back. I may even trade it for something nice. :)
I'll be setting off just before 7pm (as soon as my daughter's set off for her prom) so I hope to arrive at the 'Hotel' at around 9pm. Hey, Dimitri (& Francesco of course:D). i'll look out for you in the bar once i've checked in to my room.
