Now I take the risk of being pooped on again.
ANDY --- I know you are busy but a moment's update would be appreciated by several of us on these diodes. When you make a promice, most of us expect some commitment to that shipping date a couple weeks ago.
If anyone here who knows Andy and has contact with him wants to give an update rather than scorn, your input will be appreciated by several of us.

I second that motion, except that I'm not willing to wait any longer. The point at which this was to be viewed as a favor is long past and gone. I'm sure that just because Andy is on a business tripp, or what ever, dosn't mean he's cut of from the rest of the world. I seriously doubt that he dosen't have five minutes to respond to this issue.Quote:

It is unbelievable that when I visited Andy's profile page of PL, his "Last Activity was 10-30-2010 08:11".
Are you listening there? Andy!

Andy sent me a PM saying that where he is working has no internet available to him. He says he will refund but I'm willing to wait a bit longer to get a diode.

That doesn't sound right when I say it in my head...Quote:

Sorry, game over.
Five months without any results are bad.
I´m also out.
Fortunetly there are other GB´s working fine here . . .
Andy sent me a PM yesterday just after posting @PL. He wrote he will return to his office on Friday and then will refund. I'll wait by Friday.
Friday is one-month day after sending money via paypal

Andy ---
It looks like the votes are in. I guess I'll take the refund and say nothing more. Sometimes work requires more time than hobby time available.
Thanks for trying.
