that looks great. i tend to (mostly) avoid music driven effects because it's hard to get them to respond exactly how i want them and the effect turns into visual noise. yours aren't suffering from that problem.

i know the theory of computer driven abstracts being too "perfect", but it's really quite easy to add a little random whatever to the abstract or stacked sine wave modulation exponents for a lovely organic feel. it's just an aesthetic based on the imperfections of unstable analog equipment. no different than tube amps vs. solid state.

make the abstracts that please you the most and make them melty.

Thanks! I have been messing with it quite and bit and you're correct... it's not easy to just plug in to any effect. I got about 10% of the cues to be really good using music and the rest were just hash. It certainly doesn't work with everything!
