The dates for the hall are booked for the next Surfleet Laser Enthusiasts Bash and it will be on the 3rd (Friday), 4th (Saturday) & 5th (Sunday) of APRIL 2015 starting at around 08:30 - 09:00hrs Friday TILL WE FINISH Sunday.

All the usual Surfleet gubbins plus the upper gallery & hall will be available again for Snogging, Sleeping & Snore practice purposes as normal.

There is a cooker & 2x fridges available to use throughout the weekend even though the Kitchen area IS the main workshop area usually!

CAA outdoor laser approval will be sorted for the Friday and Saturday nights as usual.

Bring your BBQ's, Horses and hope for some decent weather and nice hazy, cloudy nights

NO Chinese lanterns Please!

Price for attending this LEM will be:

£15.00 Each Person for 1 day, £30 Each Person for 1.5 to ALL 3 days

Any money collected at the LEM over the fee's we need to pay for the hall will roll over to pay for the next LEM.

Please keep your equipment and area neat and tidy (Andy Con!!! ) AND PLEASE, NO CABLES ACROSS THE CENTER OF THE HALL, ACROSS EMERGENCY EXITS & GENERAL DOORWAYS

It was all much simpler before t'internet !!

Does anyone want to extend this through to the Monday 6th? with it being a bank holiday? I can only ask the hall landlord to see if it's viable? Let me know?

i know its very unlike me but ill have to pass on the monday if you do.

Wouldn't hurt to have the option of the Monday... ;)

Hey Jim, with you mentioning the Bank holiday it's just dawned on me that this next meet is over the Easter weekend and that presents me with a problem as I'm down for operating a model railway at an exhibition in York from Sat -Mon with setting up on Friday. At this moment in time the best for me is All Day Friday and hope there are no problems with the others setting up in York on Friday afternoon.
