Could be a discoscan-equipped system. Bill would know for sure though.

The only way to tell for sure would be by taking measurements. However, there is one great thing I love about the Discoscan lens. It promotes safety in a kind of subconscious way. I believe the effect is called laser rain and is an old time effect originally done with exclusively with special mirror balls.
