Fs: Laserman532 quad kit elite!

List Price - $345.00!!!

For Sale Laserman532 Quad Kit ELITE (Upgraded Flexibility)
Beam Height Above Surface = 1"

NOTE: This Kit is an upgrade from our standard Quad Kit. This upgrade replaces the TWO DUAL AIXIZ MOUNTING MODULES with FOUR SINGLE AIXIZ MOUNTING MODULES allowing the maximum amount of movement of each AIXIZ module. The added benefits are that the user is capable of individually shimming each single module to get the closest possible beam positions. SHIMS ARE NOT PROVIDED due to the too many variables associated with different diode beam parameters.

Features Explained-
1 - One ea. 4" x 4" x .25" Black Anodized Base / Mounting Plate
2 - Four ea. Single Aixiz Mounting Module's featuring SLIDE, ROTATE & INSULATE Technology
3 - Three ea. Ultra Small Adjustable Mirror Mounts by Chad
4 - Two ea. .5" x .5" x .060 NEW Enhanced Aluminum Front Surface Mirrors
5 - One ea. 10mm PBS Cube (specify 405 or 660 lasers to be used) (not shown)
6 - One FLEXDRIVE Driver Circuit by DrLava
7 - All necessary hardware to mount all the parts will be included
8 - NO Aixiz Modules, Laser Diodes, Lasorb's or Shims will be supplied with this kit

I have made a order of parts to build a few assemblies. I am not shooting for a galactic record for the smallest QUAD, that was not my goal. My goal was to supply all the necessary mechanics needed to hold aixiz modules securely, rotate each module independently, electrically isolate each aixiz module from each other, slide the module pairs with ease and to provide FULL TWEAKABILITY...I think I accomplished these goals with this kit.

(international shipping add $10.00)

Kits will be processed in order received.

Thanks for looking! :D

Very nice, only I think the adjustable mirror mount need to be moved forward because the mirror need to go just underneath the higher H beam.

I wish for just once i could just make one standard product LOL

what do you need LOL, you dont like squares or something??? you need a rectangle? JEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But how can I take over the world without giving you headaches Pat!

Darn! I just realized that still won't really work fro me... Still too tall. Back to the drawing board.....

LOL...I just did a quick drawing of what you want. Your layout would be 3 x 5 " that is 15 sq inches, my current layout is one square inch bigger.

My wife thinks the one inch bigger is better :D

This is what I mean with mount closer to the beam do the mirror goes underneath the other beam

This would allow more scope for flexibility, maybe just tap a couple of extra holes to give the choice?

now thats what i am talking about:):) sweeet
just needs one of the mirror mount holes moving a bit so one of the mounts can be used for knife over, at the mo they both look like they are set for vertical knife ,
excellent job you dont hang about do you :D

No new holes are needed there is enough movement in all of the sliders. (i verified) However, I will need to provide two different height of mirrors. I will supply .5 x .5 and .5 x .3 or so mirrors and you can have one aixis as knife (h) and one knife (v).

standing by for orders :D

whats the best glue to use for sticking mirrors on mirror mounts with ??

2 part epoxy resin

finally all done and ready to ship. So monday or tuesday at the latest, if you ordered one, Santa is on his way...just a little late :D

Good Work Pat, I hope everybody buys one for New Years!

If any of you guys need diodes and collimators for these setups i have some here:

Thanks !

Hi :)

I would like to build a 550 - 600 mw red module with 640nm laser diode, and I did see your module, and have a few question for you :

- Do'es the actual size of the hole would be compatible with 11mm diameter collimator ?
- Could, with the actual elit module, I do a beam of that shape " # " and not " ++ " ?
- Did you try to cold the full module with a peltier plate ? Would like to maintain the diode at a temp around 15C° :)
- What would be the price of that module without the cube that I already have and the flexdrive mdoule ? :)

Thanks !

The aixiz collimators got a 12mm diameter

the High quality collimators on my webshop are 11mm

http://store.laserextreme.nl/catalog...llimatorsl.JPG

Yes, I'm exactly thinking about using those ;)

So, would it be possible to get the module with 11mm in place of 12 ? :)

Did I ask something to complicated ? :D >:)

were you talking to me???

um as far as the holders they are what they are. .5" hole and when used with the thermal pad material they hold a aixiz module perfectly.

Better act fast, I only have enough parts to build one quad elite and I will probably discontinue making kits any more, there is just no ROI.

you can take off 50.00 for te cube and take off 30.00 for the flexmod.

the elite module will give you the best beam possible of the two designs when combining 4 diodes
