    Default Little help please

Got everything hooked up but I'm not getting any output from the laser when I select "enable laser output" in Quickshow. I can manually flick the modulation switch and get it to go to full power but I'm not getting anything when the switches are in their proper analog modulation position.

I read somewhere that the ILDA standard for single color lasers is Red. Therefore, the positive modulation signal wire goes to R+ and the negative goes to PIN 25? Or am I just totally lost here?

    Btw, I'm using an FB3 and a LaserWave 300mw 532nm.

    Thanks in advance.

    hey Chris-

I wire all of my projectors the same way. if it is single color, i wire to the proper channel. reason being, you never know when/if you add in other lasers.

you should re-wire your Green to ILDA 6 (G+) and ILDA 19 (G-)

Just my personal opinion and i think it may solve your problem also.

Tried that too. Still nothing. When you select single color projector in QS, it only allows you to adjust the intensity of the Red channel

Problem was that the P1 switch actually has to be the "left" whereas the manual says to the right.

    Hi,

I am happy to read that you have the problem resolved. But to clarify things, can you please let us know what you mean by "P1 switch"?

    Sure thing!

I am referring to the dipswitch located under the TTL modulation input on the laser driver. The manual I obtained for this LaserWave module stated that both switches must be to the right for analog mode.

I believe that I tried all combinations of switch postions, but I do know that P1 (TTL input) to the left and P2 (Analog Input) to the right, modulates correctly (on my unit at least).
