As far as we are concerned that is a commitment to be at the meet.

    Hey Francesco,

We can also roll together ? I am going by car so be able to transport stuff over...
Maybe some other dutchies (or Belgians) come along as well so we can all go together.
I have a nice deal on the ferry, so think about it.
Will book my travel this week, for all Dutch readers also going by car, PM me for a discounted fare to the UK. Around 50 Euro roundtrip up to 4 passengers and 1 car from Dunkirque to Dover and back.
Last time i paid 114 euro's avoiding the "high priced times" and now you can choose any moment in the day.

I am thinking of going over at around 16.00u (4 PM) on thursdays arriving at 18.00u in dover. Hopefully avoiding evening traffic jams. And then driving up to hotel (ETA is around 21.00 then).

Well... i hope more Dutch people join since it's great at the UKLEM's !
    I didn't fail !

I think this meet may need a new title to something like the NWELEM (North Western Europe Laser Enthusiast Meet).

Thanks Jim, i really appreciate all the work and time you guys put into organising a very good organised event. Certainly the laidback character of it's visitors contributes to the very good atmosphere during these events. I felt really welcome last time i was there and hope i can bring more dutchies.
A name change imo is not necessary, since it gives more the idea of a holiday going to the UK and so the UKLEM ;-)

Well guys, let's hope I have more luck with actually getting to this one

I've booked my room at the Ship Inn, the thought of sleeping in the hall fills me with horror. All that testosterone as well as the snoring and farting etc... No thanks matey's, it's a weekend of luxury and full English breakfasts for me

Seriously though, i'm really looking forward to this one. Thanks Jim for making it happen once again.

    Cheers

    Hello all,

I just booked me a room in the Ship Inn hotel in Surfleet which is very nearby.
Just for the day before (thursday to friday) and from sunday to monday.
During the Lem i will go "hardcore" and endure all the farting , snogging, testosteron ;-)
On the LAN Parties i visit this is common ;-) so no problem there.

But on Monday i will return and want a good nights sleep ;-)

Tonight will book the ferry and then i am all set.
Oh boy i really look forward to the LEM.
    I didn't fail !
