Default Circular scrim for the poor :)

Im doing a show for a good friends birthday party today and thought i should try to make some scrims for some projection zones.
As i was on a limited budget i bought the net from IKEA, its actually curtains and they are really cheap and you get big pieces
So i thought i should glue them to something and cut it and i got 4 hula hoops and a can of glue..

Here is the result, cant wait to try them out

What you could really do with now is a transparent hula hoop ring although in fairness it doesn't show much in the video. I have seen them before but only with glitter inside, never totally clear.

I have read before that other people have used Ikea curtains, this one looks great. What was the product name of this net and what are other peoples recommendations of the best one to use?

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

I seem to remember Norty that greys the best colour for scrim isn't it?

Haven't seen any grey in curtains though.

Fly screen queen http://www.flyscreenqueen.co.uk/Fly_..._Material.html do grey though and you can buy off the roll.

They also do a charcoal which looks even more transparent against a desk, not sure about in the air though.

They also do a fibreglass mesh which is more rigid and I presume more fireproof.

Removed. The Midge screening material is reflective on one side.

Best sticking to fly screen I think.
