This laser is a piece of crap.
You probably shouldn't buy it.
It made >300mW when new, but died after unknown (but not more than a few hundred) hours in a friends projector. I sent it to Laser Quantuum, paid them an exorbitant amount to have it repaired (almost $900) and it came back doing 277mW (test sheet included). I stuck it on the shelf and a few months later, went to install it in the RGB projector I was building but found it was doing only 60mW. Calls and emails to Laser Quantuum went unanswered. Here it is a few years later and I just fired it up to find that it's doing 20-30mW. It's in good physical condition and the head has not been opened since being repaired. Several of the pots on the power supply have been tweaked with no improvement in performance.
If you want to see if you can get it going, I'll sell it for $100 plus shipping. It comes with the OEM style power supply with analog blanking and a pair of 12V 5A power supplies. It'd probably be happier with 9V power supplies and it needs about 5A @ +9V and 1.5A @ -9V. Absolutely no warranty or returns on this one. I never want to see or think about Laser Quantuum lasers again.

Aside from a couple units, early-on (when the Entertainers were the 'black heads') that had a some low-power issues, and one Elite, that had a PSU issue, they've all been rock solid for us...
Got a '3W' Elite with ~5500 hrs on it, still doing ~4.25W! And some of the 5W Elites do nearly 7W...
and the beam-chars are just out of this world...
....and armed only with his trusty 21 Zorgawatt KTiOPO4...
oh well..
