I will contact the cutting company tommorow to see how the flag is hanging Also i have an addition to the case that some people are going to like. Here are some new pics with the viasho,s mounted on the baseplate.
I used chad,s his dichromounts. The dichro,s are from MCcarrot very good quality. As you guys know i had a realy bad weekend. The blue 457nm from viasho should do 250mw but does only 120mw after 30 minutes warmup time. And one of my galvo,s is broken and also the driver.

As you see there is a new addition to the case. It,s a lever to clamp the projector under a angle in a bracket. Everyone can have them for free only if you want me to help me out. I use aluminium L shaped strips to mount
the lid and bottomplate. I will cut the aluminium to the right length but if you guys willing to drill the holes for the lid your self in the L-shaped aluminium then you will get 2 of those levers with these case. I will pay for those levers. I think they are a lot better then the simple black knobs.

Can everyone respond to this new feature?

What i did notice on my case (which is basically the same) is that the construction of the U-bar which you use to hang the projector is that the way it's constructed doesn't allow you to fold it all the way back.
Folding back the bar saves space in a flight case, right now you have to turn out the clamps then fold the bar back, and screw in the clamps again.

I know constructing new bars is a pain, but just like to mention it. For the rest the case is just fine and looks nice.

I had a look at it but personally i think if you fold it all the way to the front it,s alright. I think you also do a 5cm piece of foam in the lid/on top of the projector so i think its not a problem. To change the design of the bracket is not a good idea at this stage. But good to see that your thinking with us

Next friday (not this friday) the panels will be ready to be anodisized. I will pick them up next friday to bring them to the anodiziser after that weekend. So i,m working on it. Also i,m currently busy with a company that can do the whole case. Including text at the back and anodising . also some other stuff. That i,m working on. (see picture)
