i confirm my interest... 2pcs![]()
The AC board will have 1 continuous on output and 3x switched output switched by a 8A solid state relais and protected with a fuse.
Features of the ILDA breakoutboard:
Buffered differential RGB signals
EN60825 compliant interlock with surge protectec optocoupler inputs
+ - 24V in and eay wiring to scanners
Power out for scanfail
feedback signal out to scanfail
Collor output to scanfail, and optional potentiometers for color adjustments
Build in PSU for buffer circuit
5V 10A switch off for laser drivers drivers.
Option for separate interlock cable or interlock over the ILDA
12V pass trough for viasho lasers
Option to swtich on mains PSU (for galvos) when emergency button is released, after that you can "start" the laser drivers with start button
And I most probably missed some options
the board will be 80x100mm (same size and mounting holes as a visaho driver, so it will fit on top of a viasho driver if you have the space.
Next week the first prototype board will arive and if everything is ok, i'm ready to make more.
put me down for one, if I haven't already asked. I might take two. What is the cost?
Thanks!
Yoehoe!!!!! The plates are cut so i can pick them up Monday. If MCcarrot has his board ready i can ship al the parts at once for you guys. Synce has a plain so he can have is has first. I want to see the plates in personal because this is the first batch. I want to check everything twice before it goes to the anodisizer.
I,m going to try to ship everything as fast as possible but i think its important that the quality comes first.
nice johan! i sent you a PM so we can talk about galvos too![]()

@mccarrot - are you going to post a more general group buy thread about your boards? I think there are probably a good number of people who are not following this thread that will be interested (myself included, funds permitting!)
The professional PCB prototype is now being made, next week I will assemble the prototype and when everything is ok I will make a groupbuy to see how many PCB's I need to order.
I most probably sell them as a kit or better as bare PCB as I have to little time to solder them together.
For the people in this group buy you can order the board by Edison.
Estimated costs of the bare board will be around 35 euro.
No prob....
Do call me btw :P
