Now for the questions
Is there a program I can use to view the files off the SD card on my laptop?.
Is there a program I can make files with then put them on the SD card so when im at discos I can say happy birthday and stuff?.
And lastly is it upgradable?

welcome to pl
I think to answer the question about changing the content of the card you should consult the literature supplied with it or talk to the supplier.
There must be a way to do it - how flexible the software will be I dont know but if you can upload ilda files then you can look to get yourself some editor that can output in ilda format to create the content. I would expect you shoule be able to get something through the supplier.
As fpr upgrades - how much have ya got! - It depends on what you want to achieve and how much room there is in there (plus how deep your wallet is )

If you look at the second link to videos you will see it is very easy to change content of card but it comes with lots of shows dolphin swimming, pig dancing and lot more but I would like a programme (Free if possible) to make text shows for birthdays, wedding etc and view the show already on the card.

ahh ok so you are just wanting some software
There are some free editors that I beleive save into ilda format such as laserboy buy I dont know how user friendly they are. Ultimately the best way is to buy some 'proper' software,

to create ilda files only you can buy something like anarchy - its a 3d editor - not the most user friendly but it is powerful. Any of the medium range apps like Mamba or Moncha should output to ilda (Mamba does, im not 100% on Moncha) The problem (its not a problem) is that many will be a software/hardware solution such as Pangolin FB3 though I have a feeling this may not output to ilda - anyone confirm this. Mamba can be bought as just a piece of software and will output to ilda though there are people who will tell you its rubbish, its OK and does not HAVE to have hardware to do what you need. You may pick it up second hand - normal price is around Euro299
Even the dreaded i-show can convert content it creates to ilda and this is possibly the only good thing you can do with it! - but what do you expect for £3.99
