Well the mirrors came in today and with a short learning curve (learned on my mirrors) I was able to successfully scribe and break all of your mirrors as you requested. I only sacrificed about 2 sq inches (oh well if you are going to make an omelet ya got to break a few eggs) I think you all should be happy with your end results. Anyway they all went in the Post Office today and you should see them monday or tuesday. Thanks for being a part of this group buy and apologize for the delay.

    Cool hell yeah!

    Pat,

Thank you for all the work you put into this groupbuy! Delays are not an unexpected thing, but you being a respectable businessman were honest and open about the process. I look forward to reflecting on these in the future.

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.

Thanks for all the effort put in on this. Its much appreciated. Looking forward to getting them.

I am going to cut my own. I have made a jig that allows me to get strait and square scribes. Any input you have learned on breaking them would be greatly appreciated. I have practiced on a 1mm mirror from a Polaroid camera with good success. Scribing them on the non-coated side seemed to work best. Did you scribe on the coated or non-coated side?

    thanks again

Mine came in as well, look very nice!

Do you by chance have the reflectance plot for them? I plan to take some measurements eventually, but it would be nice to see what they measured them at.
