Default Spectra Physics Small Argon Laser 0093-1209 Help

Some time ago, I bought a bare SP tube. A friend had a spare power supply and we mounted it up. Question is, there is one wire plugin, and I don't know what its for. I have circled it in orange in the first picture below. Also I'd like to know which pins on the interlock go together? Thanks.

The three-wire plug on the first picture. Hint: It's got a red, an orange and a black wire, and it goes down to a big black thing with a grill on it. How about the fan?

There are actually 4 wires: red, black, brown, orange. The fan already has 2 wires connected to it. So it has to be for something else.

I still can't figure it out what these 4 wires are for, surely someone here has one of these or has worked on one?

Also, if someone could tell me, which pins on the interlock need to be jumpered?

    Cool

Assuming you have an SP-261B or an SP-263 series power supply, then the round remote connectors should be identical. In which case, this picture should be of some assistance:

If you need a hi-res version, here's the link.

As for the orange wire in the head, I'm not sure what that's for. My head doesn't look anything like that.

EDIT: Crud... I just took another look at your pictures, and now I see that your remote connector is a DB-9. That is totally different from any of the three power supplies I have. So the picture above doesn't apply to your unit. Sorry!
