Looking for C-Mount 808nm

I have several dead 80mw DPSS 532's that I would like to revive.

I've searched the net looking for a source for C-Mount 808nm pump diodes around 250-300mw with no luck. The few I found were in China and had a minimum order of 1000.

Has anyone repaired one of these before? If so where did you get the diode?
I opened one to try and find a manufacturer part number but there's nothing.

If I do find a replacement, I will bring them to work to swap out in one of our flow booths to keep contamination to a minimum.

laser diodes from snoctony on ebay (snochina.com) always proved to be of a good price/quality ratio (they have 300mW models, you may even choose a 500mW one)

You might need something a little more robust for 80+mW out. I would recommend using a slightly underdriven 500mW diode for longevity.

I read they were around 20% efficient which would be 250mw, but you are right I can always runit lower.

I fly RC aircraft and we always over power our planes. We say thats why they have a throttle.

20% efficiency is in best scenarios... with careful tweaking they are able to reach 15% easily, but then to go further you have to take a week off in order to complete adjustment in less than a month

yeah.. he probably just brought his store back up after the Chinese New Year. He (and most other Chinese businesses) shuts down for the month of Feb.
