nice job misterwilling! Do you have CNC (it appears you do). I have a design for a new dodad that might need a quote.

andy-con, what color are you going to anodize them, and do you have any plans to sell them. If so...what price each and what is the height of the center of the free plate from the mounting surface.

Depending on profit margin, I would guess about 25 million.

I tried to make them look as good a could but it came down to trying to get them done and making a profit from my time. For the price I charged I did about as much work on them as I could. I'm sure they were all internal parts and did not matter cosmetically. That was also my first attempt at shearing so If I were to do it again I would have sheared more oversized and milled them down to a more square edge. All in all I'm glad you like them.

I would certainly be willing to make more, if enough people get together to get around 50+ I'll run a batch on the CNC. I spent alot of them time making Andy's figuring out the easiest way to make them because I did them for pretty cheap.

I need a new car stereo and so if anyone is looking for these mounts just PM me I guess.

I want to see how they function compared to the brass mounts ( http://lasershowparts.com/store/inde...&productId=210) . I saved three of the ones I made for you so when I get a chance I will do a side by side comparison because I have about 20 brass mounts I made.

Yours seem like they should work just as well since they use the same adjusting screws. And making yours was quite a bit easier than manufacturing the brass ones.

Oh and by the way, If anyone wants the finished mounts chem filmed yellow ( very pretty gold finish ) I can do it super cheap.
