Sadly, no. That device has digital logic buffers inside, so it won't pass ILDA signals. You will almost certainly damage the device if you connect ILDA signals to it (because digital logic buffers aren't designed for the negative voltage swings of differential signals), and it might damage your DAC too.
As long as the "projector return" signal (ILDA pin 12) is disconnected in your projectors, you can split a single ILDA DAC to multiple projectors using a simple pin-for-pin splitter box or cable without any electronics. However, there are various factors (DAC driver current, cable length, projector input impedance) which might reduce the signal quality with multiple projectors. If the signal quality isn't good enough using a pin-for-pin splitter, you can use a buffered splitter designed for ILDA signals.
Got to be a little careful doing that, there is more then one way to implement a interlock loop and there is nothing to say that connecting multiple projectors interlock loops in parallel will still give a system where the interlock works correctly....
With several identical projectors it will probably be ok, but I suspect that most of us own more then one manufacturers output.
