yes i ment like the one from laserextreme but for some reason it,s still not for sale and the only one that is for sale is the one from Kvant. Is there no one who noticed this huge hole in the market?
At least someone has a nose for a bussines oppertunity
I very quickly drew this up in Protel.. See attached. I also added a cap across the diode, C4, and also a soft start cap, C8.. I would love someone to run another pair of eyes over the schematic Anyone who finds errors will receive a free board ( unpopulated )
My intention is to get a run of boards done to satisfy my own needs, but as I usually get a 100 or 150sq inch sheet done, there will be many many more boards than I will need.. So in the spirit of this thread, if anybody wants a board/s, I will be more than happy to part with the spare boards at what they cost me ( which shouldn't be much at all, maybe a couple of dollars a board )
Just thinking of some clever ways to make the board somewhat modular, IE, if you need 2 drivers, sit the boards side by side and add some short wire links to join up power and mod.. Perhaps I might do up a board that contains 4 drivers plus the TEC controller

Ok, question:
U1B is wired open loop inverting and fed with positive bias and modulation, how is that supposed to work :-)? In fact it is worse then that, it has positive feedback!
I think you just have the input pins on U1B the wrong way around.
In fact given the single supply, building any kind of inverting amplifier here is tough (but should be unnecassary).
Also, The two trimmers (for modulation and bias) are wired as variable resistors rather then potentiometers, which both hurts linearity and causes any problem with the wiper contact to force the thing to full current (surely not what is desired?).
Finally for all the speed of the opamp, there is a 10K resistor R7 in parallel with C7 forming a lowpass pole inside the feedback loop, is this really stable in the presence of a 130Mhz GBP opamp?).

Board designed up.. Still needs some tidying up, but well on the way
I decided to just do a single channel board.. If more 'channels' are needed, they can be stacked vertically via spacers..
