New iShow interface?? who knows this manufacturer?

was looking on ebay today and i saw this being sold as iShow interface:

anybody has this interface?
is it better then the old interface?
anyone know the manufacturer of this one? as the original ishow manufacturer is not the maker of this.

it only comes up with the old silver box, not this new gold box.

it may actually be better since it is not from the same manufacturer.
so i suppose this uses a new redesigned board.

but still if it is better it probally is still crap yes
