Laser Safety Seminar - who's interested?

I'm in if I can get past the money issue. Hopefully finances will be better by the time August rolls around.

I'd be glad to contribute copied materials if I can get the original documents, paper or electronic a couple weeks to a month before SELEM. I have the copiers and the binding machine though I may need some help on the cost of binding materials if needed. I'd also be willing to video the seminar if that can be arranged.

Great responses so far, people!

I'll check with Casey and see if he has any problems with us video-taping his presentation. If he OK's it, then (evil)Adam, I elect you to be in charge of that, simply because you've done such an awesome job with the videos in the past.

So we really need to decide on a date. What is better for you guys, Thursday or Monday? Please post below with your opinions. I'd like to nail this down soon.

So Far:

Aaron likes Thursday
Mophead likes Monday

I'm very interested in this, however I'm located in Western Australia so physical attendance will be an issue. Happy to pay and join in via WebEx or some other remote streaming method, and also to grab the recorded copy (in case streaming drops out or time zone difference mean that I cant attend...)

GOOD NEWS!

I was able to arrange for us to have the seminar at the Conover Holiday Inn Express meeting room on Monday the 23rd from 9AM-5PM.

Thanks for taking care of this! I think we'll be more than comfortable in there, and we'll have no problems with Internet connectivity there, so all is well.

Sweet! Are there any details posted yet like where SELEM is, good places to stay nearby, dates, costs, etc? I searched around on PL but couldn't find anything.
