Default Immediate Job Openings in Laser Entertainment Careers at Lightwave International

Put your passion for lasers to work in the exciting field of Laser Entertainment!

    // propaganda mode off.

We are seeking talented laserists to help grow our team in several key areas:

Hardware and software design / construction / R&D
    Show programming and content
    Technical sales
    Live show operation, and touring.

Our key requirement is absolution passion for the artform. Rather than post the typical longwinded job posting, we would like to hear from you! Preferred method of response will be a formal resume with the addition of a cover letter that discusses your passion, creativity, and abilities. Also include a CV of personal or professional projects, and a laser-specific skill set list. Be very specific; get our attention! Include photos and video links if relevant. If you are the very best at what you do, we need you (even if we missed your job description).

Many job duties overlap into other areas of expertise, so please list all of your skills.

Relocation is required in most situations, but some exceptions may be possible.

If your hobby has consumed you, it might be time to explore a career. Tell us about it!

Please reply ONLY in writing or by email. We are too busy to accept phone calls at this time.

Please do not PM replies, as they will only be viewed by me. The email below is viewed by many.

Please pass this message on to anyone you may know that is qualified.

    Welcome to PhotonLexicon, George.

It certainly would be cool if one of our members ended up taking a position with Lightwave. For many here, I'm sure it would be a dream job! Kudos to you for posting here.

You nailed it. We want people that are living their dreams so they can explore creatively. We have a great list of cool products to develop currently, and someone is going to have a blast doing it.

Should also mention that some projects might be considered on a freelance basis, but our real goal is to build the family here permanently.

Lots of fun lasers to play with, and two resident cats. Pew pew pew.

    Cool

    HaHa!

Where were you 15 years ago, man? I would have jumped at the chance. Sigh... Maybe one of our younger members still will though.

We do not discriminate based on age, etc!

Some jobs here are high energy (on the road, for example). Others just tax your brain from the comfort of your desk. Some are a mix of both.

After creatives and personality, young and old alike!

    VERY cool.

I think you are doing the right thing, testing the fruit of the recent hobbyist crop. Best wishes to you and the applicants.
    Any part-time positions available?

I'll vouch for Aaron, I think he's as hard core, laser crazy as you can get. His show creation skills are SICK! He could easily transition form amateur to Professional with ease.
