Default Music Video with lasers from the 80's

Before some of you were born and when a lot of the rest of us were still 9' tall and bullet proof.

After 2:10 it looks like laser safety was not real important in making this video

    A bit better lasers:

Old,Old Old, skool, Notice total lack of color combining, and scanner blanking.

This is the classic way, one red scan head, one all lines argon scan head.

In fairness, that's clearly a diffraction grating effect on his face, so the power density is going to be a lot lower.

Still could have been unsafe, but it's not the same as taking a static beam straight from the laser.

As far as 80's videos with lasers in them, this one has got to be my all-time favorite.

Saw one of my first lasershows to that tune in a club in Spain... Safety was obviously no concern there... They had a beam shooting out the top of the club circling over the city, but the highlight of the show was a single beam only just above head height which shot across the room, out an open window where it bounced off a building over the road and back in again... Hmmm, not exactly what we would see today

By the way, the club was called Muff Diver...

I thought it was the reflection of the laser off the guitar (shown a few seconds more into the video), but I could be wrong.
