I have a legible copy, however it's just for ion laser, covering both Ar and Kr.

Nooope, but you can help Spec (..the founder of PL.. and in-so-doing, get what you seek.. Here's the 'concept' - I am *extremely* oversaturated with projects, atm, and - yes - to the point that even going and making copies of all that is 'too-much'... So, here's the 'offer' - I'll give 'Spec' the manual(s) and if you can a) pay for his time - and gas - to drive to FedEx office / make-copies, b) pay for the copies, of course, and c) the shipping to wherever you are located.. that is, a 'way' I can help, atm.. Otherwise, I'm afraid you are at least 'Number 79', in line...
