    Default pangolin QM2000 shows

Does anyone know the differences between LD2000 4.5 and 5.0 as far as included shows? Trying to figure out if the media is worth buying to get more shows. Also any comments on the "the mix" or "max" shows by international laser? Are they worth the price for home use only? Just looking for more stuff for the kids and big kid to enjoy and dad isn't very quick at building yet. Are there other sources for shows to be purchased?

    Thanks

    John

International Laser is not loved here after they did a show degrading and demeaning the heros and dead of 9/11. And other then that, their stuff is mediocre. Decent graphics, but lousy choreo.

    Thumbs up

Several of us have purchased shows through First Light Laser:

    Also -

Quite a few folks here are freely sharing their home-brew shows on the PL FTP site.
Mostly beam shows - and quite nice!!

There mix from graphics and abstractions is my absolutely favorite style of laser shows.
I purchased the full length THE WALL show.
When i watched the Planetarium laser shows over 20 years ago i never thought that it once would be possible to watch such a great show as THE WALL in my own attic.

    Cheers

All of the extra shows that are available on the 5.0 version of the Pangolin discs are also available for free download from the FTP server, thanks to Bill's willingness to allow them to be hosted there.
