very nice. that looks a lot a configuration i've been mulling over.

have you tried any beam steering/aligning with your teensy mounts?

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

    Nice Pat.

That is exactly what I was wanting your new 45 deg mounts for.

Already got a 125mw 532 module (just need to convert it to analog)
Already got 2x LOC diodes and cube
Already got 2x PHR and cube
    Already got 2x Flexmods
    Already got dichros.......

Now I just need you to send that kit to me for completion and review. I'll be more than happy to pay postage.

    No, take a 150mW 445nm nicha, 2 x 150mW 640nm, And 100mW 532nm and you have great 0,5W projector.

    Nice design!

Hey, then you even have a diode slot left! Might be worth it to add a dichro in the spot where the 405 cube should be and combine 405/445 for some amazing blues.

I like the 445nm's, but as it is, they're still quite expensive.

That's no good, it looks like you forgot to tap *2* holes in this one and it maybe the fact that I'm sat off to the side of my monitor, but the base plate seems to taper from right to left.

Also the black anodising seems more like very very dark grey

Badger1666, I think I got ya on this one (as far as size goes any way) hehe

200=(7.87") x 150=(5.9") x 110=(4.33), it is tough to make it small isnt it?

Mine was the third rev to get it to its final size of 3.5 x 6 x 1.5

We still have to see what andy-con comes up with

so you are using edge combining, im using cubes.

bottom line is yours will probably put out light and mine wont (i dont have the cash to populate it and make it work) I like building the mechanics of stuff, dont get me wrong, i would love to make it put out light but alas...no cash.

has anyone resolved if the CNI baby will modulate? and what is the cost of one?
I may save this thing just to build it up one day...had to wreck out the ocotomom to make it haha
