    I agree double
If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

    That's a shame Paul

Sorry I couldn't commit but i'm away on holiday on the dates mentioned. Plus the fact that from a family point of view two LEM's per year is about as much as I can get away with without incurring the wrath of my lovely wife

    Maybe another time.

    Thumbs up

You had 5 confirmed members for the whole weekend, plus several more members who could make it for one day or another. Surely that would be enough to get the very first SCOTLEM off the ground?

Remember, the very first FLEM only had 8 people in attendance (including Bill Benner of Pangolin), and we only had 5 projectors set up. (3 RGB rigs, a green-only DPSS, and an argon beam-table.) Despite this, the event was a resounding success. And each one has gotten better and better. The last one we had (number 8) had 8 RGB projectors plus a 1 watt green beam-table.

So don't be so upset if you only have 5 or 6 people. That's enough to get things started. Come on you guys, make this happen!

    Adam
