Hello Lorenzo

The holes in the base of the block are in a 25mm square (with ony 3 of the corners used)
You will need to get the scanblock as close to the output apeture as possible to keep the output window size down to a sensible size, but the body of the Y galvo will restrict this to 2mm. If you therefore place the hole for the frontmost fixing 9.5 mm from the front edge of your baseplate and then work the 25mm square back from that you will be ok.
As for CNC - by the time you have faffed around with it you could have marked, center pooped and drilled the holes!

you are right... but we have 2 same projectors to build... so if we do a good job one time we will have the project for other projectors in future

hey Rob, how is the diameter of the hole? is it M2 or M3? i'm not @ home and i'm making measures for cad....

The block is tapped to M4 so make the holes 4.2 for clearance
