I made it about 4 minutes into the video,how far did anyone else get???
Too bad these guys are having to instill the teamwork ethic into college students.
There's no "I" in team.
But there is "ME"!
Dude you didn't get it at all... There's absolutely a place for individual excellence, but the point is: You don’t get to measure your own degree of excellence… You've got to put yourself out there and be willing to fail to accomplish something worth while.
Just for the record they weren't talking to college students. The video talk is from Google's I/O 2009 Developers Conference. I'm guessing an attention span greater than 4 minutes is a requirement.
