How were you doing the graphics BTW, scrim or projected onto the cieling - its hard to tell from the video.

HAHA! Abandon all hopes of future financial solvency then! This is a money-pit hobby, no doubt about it. (But it's a lot of fun, so we think it's worth it!)

Looks like you have a bit too much going on at once, and running the frames a bit fast.
Slow down the chase speed and alternate between projectors. A bloody good start though.
