As luck would have it, all 3 of my laser modules emit from an aperature exactly 3cm from the optical plate. The dichro mount holes, the X mirror of the scanner block, and the aperature window of the projector case I'm using are also are also centered at 3cm high.
The Y mirror is at 2.3cm. I'm trying to figure out the best way to bring the beam down from the dichro to the Y mirror. I made an illustration of the height difference between the Y mirror and basically everything else.
This is the beam layout I'm thinking of using. Mirrors on mini-mounts would guide the combined beam from the dichros down to the Y mirror. Do you guys think this is over kill? Or is there another way you would approach this? One of the things I like about this is it gives me room to combine more blue down the road someday.
Thanks for any suggestions,
Mike
