Somewhere between USD80 and USD90 per single unit I believe.

Sounds quite reasonable as it goes. Anyone thinking not should make one and then decide

I have high quality collimators with FL4,1 on its way to be tested with the 445nm diodes. if it does not satisfies I will order better suited lenses for these diodes.
If needed I can also supply cilindrical lenses with 445nm AR coating, but its to early to tell if this is really needed.

For the mount I have this on stock:

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but does the diode press fit in the collimator?

    Thanks

Not press fit, it fits perfectly but you need to secure the diode with some thermal epoxy.

Spiffing, thanks MCcarrot. When will the mounts be up on the site?

I usually have these mounts in stock.

My mounts come with sil pad material that isolate the case of the module or diode from mounting surface. Other features are clamp technology that allow module rotation for polarization.

for a good time surf the entire store www.microlaserlabs.com

    laserman532 on ebay

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt & selling it in a garage sale.

I have just decided to let the metalshop make similar mounts to hold the collimator from MCcarrot with a baseplate but made from brass. The baseplate is 5mm in thickness and the beamheigh measured from the baseplate is 27mm. Its perfect for a single diode. Maybe i will make the baseplate suitable for a dual and a single setup so people can choose. Also it has a chamber that will fit a 21mmx21mm chamber to fit a peltier
    20mm square underneath it.
