I wish the Meredith mounts had that size of thread Chris

There are so many different lenses to choose from that will fit the Aixiz barrels and hardly any for the Meredith's. I don't really like the Aixiz barrels especially for these 1W 445's, they seem a little flimsy to me - not enough beef

I would be happy with two collimators and two sets of prism pairs

I have two dualsetups mechanicly ready. Whats the delivery time of the prisms?

Maybe i have to design a longer baseplate to fit the prismpairs in the housing.

I,m thinking about selling my blue 457nm/250mw

I'm interested in 2 sets of prisms and potentially 2 sets of collimators with lenses. Therefore please can you provide costs for prisms separately to the collimators and lenses? Also please can you let us know what sort of losses to expect with these prisms?

as i have custom mounts that use that thread
    thanks
I'm not sure, I think its M9 but not sure about the pitch, but I do know they do not fit in a aixis housing.

These lenses uses a special thread and do no wobble like the aixis lenses. this is quality stuff, no need for glue or gastape

    Mccarrot.

Your high quality lens - what are your initial beam size measurements, in the fast and slow axis. Also, what divergence are you getting in both axis's?

    Sorry missed the posts

    The lens is a f4,6 N55 lens

I get a beam of 3-4mm on the slow axis and a ~0,5mm (too thin too measure correct) on the fast axis.

I got 0,2mrad on the slow axis and 2,6mRad on the fast axis.

With a prismpair to expand the fast axis to aprox 2-3mm I ger almost 1mRad, at least better then my chinese green lasers.

see pictures for the beam, and also comparisation next to a viasho 500mW
