I did try on some experiment board and a breadboard, but they all had the same problem, and that is my point to point wiring sucks
I used this method so I could just follow the traces, but it still doesn't work ...

Anyone see any problems using the TIP41C instead of the BD437?
This reminds me of something a rather clever sound engineer told me many years ago.
Said engineer was unfortunately incarcerated for a couple of months due to being found in posessiion of certain recreational substances. During his time away, he embarked on a creative project to keep himself busy and enroled in a number ot art activity classes.
Creative use of a piece of cardboard and a number of foil wrappers from chocolate bars enabled him to build a rudimentry PCB. An old transistor radio provided some usefull electronic components and within a week he has a working FM transmitter.
This was coupled with his cell mates cassette player and "Prison FM" went live. They broadcasted for a couple of hours each evening and were even taking requests for the pricely sum of 1 cigarette.
Everything was going well for the first couple of weeks and would have probably gone on for longer. Except that one elderly local resident phoned the prison governor and asked for a request.
Things you probably already checked:
1. Polarization of the diodes:
2. Pinout for transistors (maybe turned around the transistor), if using a replacement (i mean substitute) see if pinout is the same. Sometimes this is different (base and collector switched around).
3. orientation of ic
4. power to IC ? (some schematics don't have plus and minus drawed al the way to the ic)
Since you used a pcb layout this must be ok.
Looks nice ! SUcces hope you get it to work, electronics is always cool, but when it works it's less cool ;-)
