    Default My effort

OK, so here's my lashup so far, excuse the finish to small components; I have no mill access so all parts are cut and filed to shape by handraulics.

    The spot at 32'

    EDIT:

I'll install this in what will be my 5.8W RGB tomorrow, throw some shapes and post the pics

    Nice work Ian
I take it you are happy with the diodes?

I'd have misken it for a computer with all those "PC tassels" if it wasn't for the blue beam!
D-sub connector, Graphics card fan:... Niceee....

The natural stripe of the "spot" allows for knife edging to produce a square-ish beam.
You could a PBS either before or after.
As a result, 4W setups shouldn't be too hard; just finding suitably powered red and green to match is now the challenge!

    Nice efforts doc.

I'm also building a module right now with the same limited means as you.
The job gets done, but sometimes I just wish I could make it a bit 'cleaner'
